The bureau consists of the president, the vice president, the secretary and the treasurer. A description of their responsibilities is provided below.
The president is responsible for the board’s work, including summoning the board meetings and ensuring that matters are dealt with and decisions are reached.
The vice president assists the president with the board’s work and is responsible for activities and tasks which fall outside the ordinary area of responsibilities.
The secretary is responsible for recording protocol at the association’s board meetings and for registering new members.
The treasurer is responsible for ensuring that the association’s finances, accounting and resources are managed well. The treasurer works closely with most of the association’s operations and therefore has good insight into the association’s activities.

Presidiet består av ordförande, vice ordförande, sekreterare samt kassör. Nedan finns beskrivningar av ämbetspersonernas verksamhet.
Ordföranden har ett särskilt ansvar för styrelsens arbete, och ser till så att frågor behandlas och kommer till beslut samt kallar till styrelsemöten.
Vice ordförande bistår ordföranden i styrelsearbetet och har ett särskilt ansvar för aktiviteter och uppgifter som faller utanför ordinarie ämbetsområden.
Sekreterarens uppgift är att föra protokoll vid föreningens styrelsemöten samt ansvara för inskrivningen av nya medlemmar.
Kassören har det övergripande ansvaret att se till att föreningens ekonomi, bokföring och resurser förvaltas och sköts på ett bra sätt. Kassören arbetar nära de flesta av föreningens verksamhetsområden och får därför en bra inblick i föreningens aktiviteter.
