The president<\/strong> is responsible for the board\u2019s work, including summoning the board meetings and ensuring that matters are dealt with and decisions are reached.<\/p>\n The vice president<\/strong> assists the president with the board’s work and is responsible for activities and tasks which fall outside the ordinary area of responsibilities.<\/p>\n The secretary<\/strong> is responsible for recording protocol at the association’s board meetings and for registering new members.<\/p>\n The treasurer<\/strong> is responsible for ensuring that the association’s finances, accounting and resources are managed well.
